1. About Us
MAGER is an Artificial Intelligence (AI)-based platform that provides services to help users generate visual content, images, videos, and creative materials to improve the quality and professionalism of MSME or business user products.
Acceptance: By accessing or using the platforms, you ("User") declare that you have read, understood, and agreed to all Terms and Conditions herein.
2. User Account & Authentication
Login Method: Google account required for certain services.
Security Responsibility: Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities that occur under their account.
Data Collection from Google OAuth:
- Email address (for identification)
- Display name (for personalization)
- Profile picture URL (for dashboard display only)
3. User Data & Content Ownership
The company may collect and store the following categories of data:
- Account Data: Google OAuth tokens (encrypted), Email, name, profile metadata, Authentication timestamps
- Image Generation Data: Prompt text inputs, Generated image files (temporary storage during processing), Style reference images uploaded by user, Logo uploads for branding features
- MAGER KLIP Data: Source video URLs (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram), Auto-clipped video outputs, Video metadata (duration, resolution, format), Caption/text overlay data
Users must ensure that:
- They own or have proper licensing for all input materials (logos, reference images, source videos)
- Generated content does not infringe third-party intellectual property rights
- Commercial use of generated content complies with applicable laws
- When using MAGER KLIP's auto-post features to TikTok/YouTube/Instagram, users retain full responsibility for content compliance with those platforms' policies
4. Third-Party Platform Integration & TikTok Compliance
Our platform integrates with: YouTube (via Data API v3), TikTok (via Content Posting API), Instagram (via Meta Graph API).
TikTok-Specific Requirements:
When using MAGER AI's TikTok integration features, Users agree to comply with TikTok's Content Sharing Guidelines:
- No Watermarks or Branding: Users must not add unwanted material (logos, watermarks, promotional text) to content posted to TikTok via our platform. MAGER AI does not superimpose branding on exported videos intended for TikTok posting. Violation may lead to deleted content or disabled accounts per TikTok's enforcement policies.
- Authentic Creator Content: API usage must facilitate authentic creators posting original content. Not acceptable: copying arbitrary content from other platforms to TikTok, or utility tools for internal team uploads only.
- Commercial Content Disclosure: If content promotes a brand (self or third-party), Users must enable commercial disclosure toggle before posting. Failure to disclose may violate TikTok's Terms of Service.
- User Consent & Control: Users must review preview before posting. MAGER AI requires explicit user consent declaration: "By posting, you agree to TikTok's Music Usage Confirmation and Content Sharing Guidelines". Processing delays (few minutes) for content visibility are expected per TikTok API behavior.
- Privacy & Permissions: Users can select privacy level (public/private/friends-only). Interaction controls (Comment/Duet/Stitch) configurable per post.
General Third-Party Liability: Such integrations are subject to respective platform Terms of Service and API usage policies. Rate limits, availability changes, or deprecation by third parties may occur. MAGER AI is not liable for content rejection, account suspension, or API failures originating from third-party platforms.
5. Payment & Moods Digital Credit System
Moods is digital credit within the MAGER AI application used to purchase generation credits.
Purchase Mechanics: One-way conversion (IDR → Moods, non-reversible). Credits do not expire unless account terminated for T&C violation. No cash-out or transferability between accounts.
Data Usage: Company may use historical purchase data for analytics, marketing personalization, and service improvement.
Data Protection: Such data will not be sold to third parties without explicit User approval (except as required by law).
6. Refund Policy
All purchases are final.
No refund policy is available after a successful transaction under any circumstances, including:
- Accidental purchases
- Dissatisfaction with generated content quality
- Account suspension due to T&C violation
- Third-party API failures (TikTok/YouTube/Instagram posting errors)
7. Prohibited Use
- Generate illegal/harmful content: Hate speech, violence, sexually explicit material, child exploitation, harassment
- Impersonation: Create deepfakes of real individuals without consent
- Copyright infringement: Use copyrighted logos, characters, or media without license
- Automated abuse:Scripted/bot access exceeding reasonable rate limits (>100 requests/hour)
- Reverse engineering: Attempt to extract model weights, API endpoints, or backend infrastructure details
- TikTok policy violations: Post watermarked content, undisclosed ads, or spam via our integration
- Commercial resale: Resell raw generated outputs as MAGER AI without transformation (white-labeling prohibited)
Company Rights: Immediate account termination for violations; Legal action for IP theft or malicious use; Content moderation at sole discretion.
8. Limitation of Liability
The platform is provided "as is" and "as available."
No Guarantees: Company does not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or specific output quality. AI-generated content may produce unexpected results (hallucinations, artifacts). Third-party integrations (TikTok/YouTube) subject to external API availability.
Excluded Damages: Company is not responsible for direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages; Lost profits, data loss, or business interruption; TikTok account bans resulting from User's content violations; Costs of legal action against third parties for IP disputes.
Maximum Liability: Limited to amount paid by User in the 30 days preceding the claim.
9. Changes to Terms & Conditions
The Company has the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
Effectiveness: Changes take effect immediately upon publication on https://mageran.ai/terms-of-service or via in-app notification banner (if material changes).
Continued Use: Using the service after modifications constitutes acceptance of new terms.
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
Jurisdiction: Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in courts of Jakarta, Indonesia, in accordance with Indonesian legal jurisdiction.
Arbitration:Optional binding arbitration available for commercial disputes >IDR 100M (mutual agreement required).
11. Account Termination
By Company: Immediate termination for T&C violations; Non-payment (if subscription-based features added); Fraudulent activity detection.
By User: Delete account via Settings → Privacy → "Delete My Data" (30-day grace period before permanent deletion).
