MAGER AI and MAGER CLIP are products owned and managed by PT. Nusa Ventura Putra ("Company", "We").

MAGER is an Artificial Intelligence (AI)-based platform that provides services to help users generate visual content, images, videos, and creative materials to improve the quality and professionalism of MSME or business user products.

By accessing or using the MAGER AI and/or MAGER CLIP platform, you ("User") declare that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the Terms and Conditions herein.

2. User Account

2.1 Registration

To use certain services, Users are required to log in using a Google account.

Data We Collect from Google:

• Email
• Name
• Profile Picture

Users are responsible for the security of their respective accounts.

3. User Data & Content

3.1 Data Collection

We may collect and store:

Account Data:

• Email
• Name
• Profile Picture

Image Generation Data:

• Entered prompts
• Base image (if any)
• Generated result image

MAGER CLIP Data:

• Generated videos
• Generated clips created by users
• Metadata related to editing and publishing processes

3.2 Content Ownership

• All content created by Users through MAGER AI or MAGER CLIP is the full responsibility of the User.
• MAGER only provides AI tools for image generation, video generation, and editing.
• The Company is not responsible for copyright infringement, trademark, or other intellectual property violations committed by Users.

Users must ensure that:

• Prompts and content used do not violate the law
• They do not contain illegal pornography, extreme violence, hate speech, or other legal violations
• They do not infringe upon the rights of third parties

4. Third-Party Platform Integration (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram)

For the MAGER CLIP feature:

• YouTube integration is only performed if the User voluntarily connects their account for the auto-post feature.
• TikTok integration is only performed if the User voluntarily connects their account for the auto-post feature.
• Instagram integration is only performed if the User voluntarily connects their account for the auto-post feature.

Such integrations:

• Are not mandatory
• Are only used to upload content with User approval
• Are not used for activities other than uploading content created through the platform
• Users can disconnect their accounts at any time through each platform's settings.

5. Payment & Moods

5.1 Payment System

• Payments are made through official third-party, namely Midtrans.
• We do not directly store user credit/debit card data.

5.2 Moods

"Moods" is digital credit within the MAGER AI application.

Moods Terms:

• Moods can only be used within the MAGER AI application.
• Moods cannot be transferred to other users.
• Moods cannot be refunded for cash.
• No refund policy applies after purchase.
• Used Moods cannot be returned.

5.3 Purchase History

We may use historical purchase data for:

• Internal analysis
• Product development
• Marketing activities

Such data will not be sold to third parties without User approval.

6. Refund Policy

All purchases are final.

No refund policy is available after a successful transaction.

7. Prohibited Use

Users are prohibited from:

• Using the platform for illegal activities
• Generating content that violates the law
• Reverse engineering the system
• Using bots or automation that damages the system
• Reselling access or moods to others

We have the right to:

• Restrict
• Suspend
• Delete an account
• Without refund if violations are found.

8. Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided "as is".

The Company does not guarantee that:

• The system will always be free from disruptions
• AI results will always meet expectations
• Third-party integrations will always succeed (as they depend on third-party APIs)

The Company is not responsible for:

• Business losses
• Data loss
• Decreased social media account performance due to auto-posting

9. Changes to Terms & Conditions

The Company has the right to change these Terms & Conditions at any time.
