Mager AI and Mager Klip share one account. Deleting it from either app or website deletes it for both.
1. How to delete your account
- On the web: sign in at mageran.ai or klip.mageran.ai, open Profile, then select Delete account.
- In the Mager Klip app: open Menu → Account → Delete account.
To confirm, we email a 6-digit code to the address on the account. Enter it to finish.
Cannot sign in? Email mageran.ai@gmail.com from the address registered to your account, with the subject "Delete my account".
2. What is deleted
Deletion is immediate and permanent. It cannot be undone.
- Your profile and personal data
- Your sign-in methods (Google, Apple and email)
- Your projects, clips and stored files
- Your linked social accounts and scheduled uploads
3. What is kept
Transaction, order and generation history is retained to meet accounting and legal obligations.
